This is an old Chassidic Niggun which is attributed to the Alter Rebbe or to his Chasidim. It is known that the Alter Rebbe composed 10 Niggunim, yet there's an uncertainty about some Niggunim whether or not they were among those 10. This is one of those Niggunim.
