Maamarim Vayishlach.
Lavan (on high) inspires correcting not only the spiritual Aisav, but the physical and actual Aisav as well. Lavan is also corrected on all levels. 
In this class we understand the Ma'amar to be saying that various levels of Lavan and Aisav are sequentially corrected from the top down:
1) לובן העליון נותן כח לברר שרש עשיו בעולם התוהו.
2) ואח"כ מבררים לבן- נפש האלקית ועשיו- נפש הבהמית.
3) ואחר כך מבררים לבן- קליפת נוגה, ועשיו- ג' קליפות הטמאות לגמרי,
4) בדרך פרט: לבן- כתר דקליפת נוגה, ועשיו- מדות דק"נ
5) ולמטה מזה- לבן- כתר דגקהט"ל ועשיו- מדות דגקהט"ל. 
This Ma'amar explores the וישלח מאמרים of the Salter Rebbe and the Mitteler Rebbe, how they all flow along the theme of the Parsha from the beginning until Shlishi.
It also explores and initial idea that the Mitteler Rebbe later refutes but does not remove from the מאמר. Even in פנימיות התורה there is פלפול שקלא וטריא ויגיעה. The first way also is  true though it is found to be less precise.
The story of the Parsha is Yaakov announcing that he has completed hos בירורים and he wishes to know where his brother עשיו is holding.
He finds him  unprepared and Yaakov reacts in one of two ways [based on the twop approaches in the מיטעלער רביס מאמר.
1) He fights to destroy מלאכו של עשיו and only succeeds as he has the מעלה of בעל תשובה וצדיק. Source of Yidden in Atzmus.
2) He turns to try and ekevate מלאכו של עשיו as preparation to elevating עשיו הגשמי himself.  
Vayishlach, Yaakov's hope to meet Eisav in his source are dashed. Yaakov then deals and elevates the actual Eisav, but then refuses to join him in Seiir, as the Geula has been delayed. His children will have to complete the task.
Lavan's kiss spiritually empowers Avoda. Lavan then departs so not to interfere with free will.
